1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of carpet cleaning services provided by Carpet Solutions LLC (“PROVIDER”).
  2. By using the Services, you (“CUSTOMER”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
  3. PROVIDER will use reasonable care and skill to perform the Services.
  4. PROVIDER will endeavour to clean the carpets to a professional standard.
  5. PROVIDER will not be liable for any pre-existing conditions or damage to carpets.
  6. PROVIDER reserves the right to refuse any job at any time.
  7. PROVIDER reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a job due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, logistics limitations or technical issues.
  8. CUSTOMER agrees to provide clear and unobstructed access to the carpets to be cleaned.
  9. CUSTOMER agrees to remove all breakables and valuables or computers and IT equipment from the areas to be cleaned or where the carpets shall be removed from.
  10. CUSTOMER agrees to inform Provider of any special requirements, including but not limited to allergies, pets, or delicate materials.
  11. CUSTOMER agrees to provide access to an electricity supply and a water source if on-site carpet cleaning is needed or requested by the customer or advised by the provider.
  12. CUSTOMER agrees to pay the quoted price for the Services.
  13. Full Payment is due on completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  14. PROVIDER reserves the right to charge interest on late payments.
  15. PROVIDER reserves the right to recover any costs incurred in recovering late payments.
  16. PROVIDER reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the Services are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
  17. PROVIDER reserves the right to charge a call-out fee if the Services are cancelled after Provider has arrived at the premises.
  18. PROVIDER will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the provision of the Services.
  19. PROVIDER will not be liable for any loss or damage to carpets or property caused by third parties.
  20. CUSTOMER is responsible for ensuring that all carpets and property are insured.
  21. CUSTOMER is responsible for ensuring that all carpets and property are in a suitable and safe condition for cleaning.
  22. CUSTOMER is responsible for ensuring that all furniture is moved and replaced in a safe and timely manner.
  23. CUSTOMER agrees to indemnify PROVIDER against any claims arising from the provision of the Services.
  24. CUSTOMER should inform the provider of any pre-existing stains, discolouration or damage and will ensure that they do not accidentally exacerbate the problem during the cleaning process.
  25. CUSTOMER agrees that some carpet discolourations or colour fading may occur during the cleaning process and that this may as well be a cause of undisclosed manufacturer or producer’s information.
  26. CUSTOMER agrees that provided information is crucial because it allows the provider to tailor their services to the specific needs.
  27. To be eligible for compensation, the CUSTOMER must have received unsatisfactory carpet cleaning services from the company and reported the issue within 48 hours of service completion.
  28. The PROVIDER reserves the right to investigate the claim and may request additional information to determine the validity of the claim.
  29. Compensation will only be provided in the form of a refund for the unsatisfactory cleaning services, and will not exceed the total amount paid for the service. The company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the unsatisfactory service. The decision of the company with regard to the eligibility of compensation is final and binding.
  30. PROVIDER reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without notice.
  31. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.
